HARMONY FAIR CONNECTIONS Vendor Terms & Conditions *

Vendor agrees to hold harmless Harmony Fair Connections (HFC) and Fair site, free of responsibility for loss or breakage caused by customers or representatives of both HFC and the Fair site in the ordinary conduct of business on the Fair site property.  The Vendor assumes full responsibility for all items offered for sale.

HFC and the Fair site are not responsible for any food-borne illnesses.  Insurance and related permits or licenses is the responsibility of each Vendor.

HFC and the Fair site will not be held responsible due to an act of God (i.e., an earthquake) or any other occurrences beyond their control.

Vendor agrees to release HFC, the Fair site, and anyone else connected with the Fair Date/Site from all liability of bodily injury, theft, property damage or responsibility.

Vendor agrees to behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times, including solicitation of minors. Vendor understands that photographs (and/or videos) may be taken and used for HFC marketing purposes.  Vendor understands and agrees to market/advertise the Fair to their customer base.

Booth fee $50

Benefits
We are pleased to say that we do not allow product duplication at our Fairs as we want to ensure that our Vendors are able to receive maximum benefit. There is some flexibility for Crafters and other possible categories such as Community Organizations.

- Vendor may represent more than one PRIMARY business, as long as it is not a conflict (no duplication) and booth fee is paid.
- Promoting home based businesses.
- On-site ordering opportunities.
- Cash & Carry opportunities.
- Access to customers interested with income opportunities (i.e., recruiting representatives/consultants, home parties).
- Receive discounts from participating Vendors.
- Networking and opportunities to collaborate!!!

Marketing 
- Vendors who complete registration requirements no later than two (2) weeks prior to the Fair Date may be listed in the collaborative marketing efforts for the specific fair (i.e., e-mail, social media, etc.).
- Upon identification of space at client location, Vendors are encouraged to place their product line(s) signage outside of the venue.
 
PRODUCT CONFLICT POLICY:

We do not allow product duplication (exception of LuLaRoe) and in order to avoid product conflicts between vendors at the Fair Date, vendor MUST specify items intended to sell on the day of a specific Fair and agree to NOT bring unlisted items.

Vendor must have written APPROVAL (will be via email) by Harmony Fair Connections personnel for items to sell at the fair.

Please note: Vendor must ONLY sell items agreed upon (especially if you represent other products).
